Hospice Volunteer Application

Volunteers are a very important part of the Intercare Team. Volunteering with Intercare provides a great opportunity to make a difference in a resident’s life! We welcome volunteers to assist us in our Hospice and Long Term Care settings.

Volunteers in our Hospice settings must be at least 18 years of age.
